IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAINING PROVIDERS IN ENGLAND ONLY – PLEASE READ: Due to the Apprenticeship, Schools and Children Act 2009 (ASCL Act), which was enacted on the 6th April 2011, Apprentices who completed their Apprenticeship on or after 13th April 2011 must now apply for their own certificates. However, it can be done through a training provider with the permission of the Apprentice. Click Apprentice Certificate Authorisation Form to download a form we have provided for providers to use to obtain this permission. This completed form must be uploaded on to the ACE Online system along with the other evidence in order to request a certificate for the Apprentice. NOTE: these certificates will cost £22 each.
For Apprentices in ENGLAND who completed any of these frameworks before 13th April 2011 the correct Certificate Request Form can be downloaded here. NOTE: these certificates will cost £30 each.
