Logistics Support Operations
This qualification is available at Level 2 and deals with the ultimate goal of any logistics operation – to move a product from supplier to customer.
Typically someone doing this qualification will work alongside a professional driver as part of a team responsible for the safe delivery of goods to customers. This may include loading and unloading items to or from a vehicle and liaising directly with customers.
