Step 5 - Driver AssessorTo assess the driving skills of the commercial drivers within the company and ensuring safety through risk assessments.
Step 5 - Load PlannerTo plan the loading of vehicles and respective routes for the commerical drivers within the operation.
Step 5 - Senior AdministratorTo collate the necessary paperwork for the day to day running of the operation, communicating with both internal and external customers without supervision. To have an extensive knowledge of customer requirements, internal procedures and systems and the ability to assist, mentor and delegate to other members of the operation.
Step 5 - Senior DriverTo transport and deliver goods between suppliers and customers either from a depot, distribution site or warehouse using a commercial vehicle without supervision. To have an extensive knowledge of geographical area, routes and customer requirements and the ability to assist, mentor and delegate to other members of the operation.
Step 5 - Senior Warehouse OperativeTo replenish and move products as required in a warehouse environment within a depot or distribution site with the use of systems without supervision. To have an extensive knowledge of systems and equipment, products and customer requirements and the ability to assist, mentor and delegate to other members of the operation.
