SkillsPay Calculator

Image: In our hands - Money

The SkillsPay Calculator has been developed by Skills for Logistics to help logistics organisations identify the impact their training and development programmes are having on the bottom line of their business.

The calculator provides you with a template to monitor four key performance indicators that we believe can be improved through a structured programme of continuous professional development, these are:

  • Productivity
  • Absenteeism
  • Staff retention
  • Fuel efficiency

The calculator is available for you from the Download Zone on the right hand side of this page. To use the calculator, you will need Microsoft Excel - instructions on how to use the calculator are included in the template. In addition to the blank template, there is another version containing sample data that is available as a reference.

Real results can be achieved through publicy funded qualifications, but don't take our word for it, below are just a few quotes from industry employers who have already discovered SkillsPay!
