Skills for Logistics recognises the importance of gaining the opinions of our employers and stakeholders. The feedback and views gathered in this way will be important in influencing the future direction of our work in the arena of training provision and skills development.
We have established a number of employer forums around the UK which we will use to gain these views through a series of consultations, normally on a quarterly basis. The feedback gathered from these will be used to inform our work in improving the quality and availability of training provision.
The first of these relates to the upcoming Driver CPC and details are given below.

Driver CPC Consultation - Our aim
The timescales for the implementation of Driver CPC are getting shorter. It is our intention to gain a snapshot of employer views at various points between now and the September 2009 implementation date.
We aim to do this through posting a structured questionnaires on our website.
