The third annual MAN everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards took place on Thursday, 13 May 2010 at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
TV presenter and motivational speaker Penny Mallory hosted the event, which saw 300 attendees, made up of key figures in transport and logistics, co-workers, friends and families, show their support for those inspirational finalists who are shining a light on the great work done by women in the sector.
Helen Halpin, regional operations manager at Bulky Bob’s, was named Woman of the Year for her vision, innovative approach and success, making her an outstanding role model to women who choose a career in transport and logistics.
Charlotte Russell was awarded Industry Trainer of the Year for demonstrating best practice in training and going beyond her line of duty to develop the skills of women coming into and working in the industry.
