Scottish Training Provider Event - 12th June 2008

Skills for Logistics hosted an event aimed at Training Providers in Scotland to inform on developments relating to the Scottish skills agenda.

Jackie Galbraith, Scottish Government's Head of Qualifications  and Sector Skills presented on the new Scottish Skills body - Skills Development Scotland and how it will work with the training sector.

SfL presented on skills and policy matters specific to Scotland and on the Skills Academy, Hub and Spoke model for delivery of training as established in the North West of England.
