The Diploma in Retail Business is an exciting new qualification offered to all young people in England.
Designed by logistics and retail employers, it combines academic work with an opportunity to study the business of retail and its supply chain, enhanced by workplace experience.
How it works
The Diploma in Retail Business is one of 17 Diplomas being rolled out across schools and colleges in England as part of a huge shake-up of qualifications for 14-19 year olds.
The Diploma in Retail Business is offered at three levels:
● Foundation – equivalent to 5 GCSEs grades D-G
● Higher – equivalent to 7 GCSEs Grades A-C
● Advanced – equivalent to 3.5 A Levels
Diploma students will be able to move into employment straight from school or continue with their studies at college or university.
