Customer Care for Drivers

 - a free resource for drivers and those who train them!

These learning materials are a free resource for employers and trainers. They provide a straightforward learning programme to enhance the skills of a driver in eight key areas. Each module is self contained so a driver can tackle the activities most important to them or their employer. They can be used as stand-alone programmes or used to support activities such as training towards the Driver CPC or preparation for assessment for an NVQ or SVQ. The eight learning modules are:
